What is the least amount of time we can book your services for?
The minimum event length is (3) hours.
What if we need you to stay later than originally agreed?
Most of the time we are happy to stay later, provided any additional time requested is paid for at the time the request is made. Additional "per hour" rates vary by event (based on event price).
We reserve the right to politely decline to stay later if we are not able to do so, but 99% of the time it won't be a problem.
Is a depost required to reserve a date?
Yes. The amount varies by event (usually $150.00-$200.00).
When will the remaining balance be due?
Payments are generally due one week prior to the event. You may pay the balance in installments or all at once via PayPal (add 3%.. all credit cards accepted), check ($35.00 fee for bounced checks) or cash.
Checks are only accepted from the person signing the contract agreement.
Will we be asked to sign a contract?
Yes. This document details all issues pertaining to your event. It's a binding agreement protecting both of our interests.
What is your refund policy:
We will refund any money paid toward the event (minus deposit) in full up until one week prior to the event. If bad weather or other un-forseen acts force
the event to be cancelled at the last minute, we will work with you to reschedule another date or provide you with a partial refund (we would suggest having
a backup date already reserved if you are planning an outdoor event. An additional deposit will be required to reserve a backup date).
Our goal is to provide our clients with the best dj services possible. It's our hope that once the event is completed you'll be so happy with our services that
you'll refer us to your friends and relatives! Therefore, if you are unhappy or disatisfied with our services at any time before, during or after the event; please let us know
so that we can try and resolve these issues immediately. Your input is very important to us so don't ever hesitiate to ask questions or voice your concerns!
