We take the time BEFORE your special day to work with you to make sure every last detail is ironed out. We're available to you via email, phone, instant messenger or in person if needed to discuss details.

We work with you to put together an itenerary that we will follow and we'll even make copies for your photographer or anyone else who needs it. We can take full control of executing the order of events and making sure everything happens at the right time and flows seemlessly, or we can work hand in hand with whoever is in charge or coordinating your reception..

We can work with you to put together a customized grand entrance, professionally emceed and taylored to fit the bride and groom's personality. We'll make sure we know how to pronounce all of the names of the wedding party and even rehearse our introductions beforehand. Before the grand entrance, we gather the wedding party together and make sure everyone is in the proper order so we know the introductions will be correct.

We can offer song recomendations for events such as the first dance, father-daughter dance, garter & bouquet toss, etc..

If your wedding has a special theme, we can customize our setup and playlist to match it.
